经纬法定位在胸腔镜亚肺叶切除术中的应用效果

Application effect of latitude and longitude positioning method in thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy

目的分析经纬法定位在胸腔镜亚肺叶切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年5月收治的126例胸腔镜亚肺叶切除术患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其分为对照组[n=63,传统计算机断层扫描(CT)定位]和试验组(n=63,经纬法定位)。比较两组患者的定位效果。结果试验组的定位时间、手术时间短于对照组,定位后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、胸管留置时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的定位准确率、切除成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组定位后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后原位腺癌、微浸润腺癌、非典型腺瘤样增生的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经纬法定位有利于缩短胸腔镜亚肺叶切除术患者的定位时间和手术时间,且定位简单、无创,便于患者接受,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of latitude and longitude positioning method in thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy.Methods A total of 126 patients undergoing thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy admitted from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group[n=63,traditional computed tomography(CT)positioning]and experimental group(n=63,latitude and longitude positioning method)according to the order of admission.The positioning effects of the two groups were compared.Results The positioning time and operation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the pain score after positioning was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss volume and chest tube indwelling time between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in positioning accuracy and resection success rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidences of postoperative adenocarcinoma in situ,microinvasive adenocarcinoma and atypical adenomatoid hyperplasia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The latitude and longitude positioning method is conducive to shortening the positioning time and operation time of patients with thoracoscopic subpulmonary lobectomy,and it is simple,noninvasive and easy for patients to accept,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
