针对性护理在骨创伤患者负压封闭引流治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing on vacuum sealing drainage treatment for patients with bone trauma

目的分析针对性护理在骨创伤患者负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的100例以VSD治疗的骨创伤患者为研究对象,根据护理方案的差异将其分为常规组(50例,常规护理)和针对性组(50例,针对性护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果针对性组的换药次数、抗生素使用费用少于常规组,创面愈合时间、住院时长短于常规组(P<0.05)。针对性组的伤口开裂、感染、严重血栓、骨髓炎及皮肤坏死发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,针对性组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。针对性组的护理满意度为96.00%,高于常规组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于VSD治疗的骨创伤患者中,可有效保障治疗效果,并降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing on vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)treatment for patients with bone trauma.Methods A total of 100 patients with bone trauma treated with VSD in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing plan,the patients were divided into conventional group(50 cases,conventional nursing)and targeted group(50 cases,targeted nursing).The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results The times of dressing change,the cost of antibiotics in the targeted group were less than those in the conventional group,and the wound healing time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidences of wound dehiscence,infection,severe thrombosis,osteomyelitis and skin necrosis in the targeted group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the targeted group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the targeted group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing applied to bone trauma patients treated with VSD can effectively ensure the treatment effect,and reduce the risk of complications.
