女性性激素与糖代谢关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between female sex hormones and glucose metabolism

糖尿病的发病率逐年升高,而性别差异是影响糖尿病发病率的一个重要因素。女性体内雌激素、睾酮以及性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)水平变化对于糖代谢均有一定的影响。雌激素与2型糖尿病发病率和胰岛素抵抗之间存在负相关,而女性睾酮水平与糖尿病发病率呈正相关,SHBG水平与糖尿病发生风险之间存在显著负相关。深入研究女性雌激素与糖尿病发病的相关性可能会为防治女性糖尿病提供更多思路。

The incidence of diabetes has increased year by year,and gender difference is an important factor affecting the incidence of diabetes.The changes of estrogen,testosterone and sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG)levels in female have certain effects on glucose metabolism.Estrogen is negatively correlated with the incidence of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance,female testosterone level is positively correlated with the incidence of diabetes,and SHBG level is significantly negatively correlated with the risk of diabetes.Further study on the correlation between female estrogen and the incidence of diabetes may provide more ideas for the prevention and treatment of female diabetes.
