摘要
结合大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥悬臂施工实例,对悬臂施工各阶段关键截面位置进行监控量测。利用有限元软件建立仿真模型,确定各结构控制参数的理论值,通过施工监控技术体系对施工全过程结构参数进行识别并及时反馈施工信息。结果表明:该桥的施工监控方案较为合理,各监测点位高程及应力的实测值与理论值基本一致,符合桥梁施工设计规范,施工质量满足要求,也为悬臂施工过程中桥梁成功合龙提供了技术保障。
In combinationwith the cantilever construction example of long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,the key section positions in each stage of cantilever construction are monitored and measured.The simulation model is made by utilizing the finite element software to determine the theoretical values of various structural control parameters,the structural parameters of the whole construction process are identified by the construction monitoring technological system,and the construction information feedback is made in time.The results show that:the construction monitoring scheme of the bridge is reasonable,the measured values of the elevation and stress of various monitoring points are basically consistent with the theoretical values,meeting the design specifications for bridge construction,and the construction quality meets the requirements,which can also provide the technical guarantee for the successful closure of the bridge during the cantilever construction.
