摘要
依托辽宁省重点研发计划项目研究成果,基于差异化磨耗原理、沥青路面旧料(RAP)精细分离技术,将石灰岩RAP应用于高速公路再生SMA表面层中。在桓永高速公路养护维修工程中铺筑了RAP掺量27%的SMA试验路,混合料高低温性能及抗滑性能均达到规范要求,对高值化利用石灰岩RAP、节约SMA路面修筑成本具有指导意义,为将大量沥青路面旧料应用于公路与城市道路表面层中提供工程借鉴。
Relying on the research results of key research and development planning projects in Liaoning province,based on the differentiated abrasion principle and the fine separation technology of asphalt pavement old materials(RAP),limestone RAP is applied to the regenerated SMA surface course of expressway.SMA test road with 27%RAP content is paved in the maintenance project of Huanyong expressway.The high and low temperature performance and anti-sliding performance of the mixture meet the specification requirements,which has guiding significance for high-value utilization of limestone RAP and saving the construction cost of SMA pavement,and provides the engineering reference for the application of a large number of asphalt pavement old materials in the surface course of highways and urban roads.
