寒区隧道排水系统冻害分析及防冻措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决寒区公路隧道防排水系统的冻害,依据冻融周期内隧道中心排水沟、检查井和横向排水管6个测点的温度监测数据,可以得出:中心排水沟温度>检查井底部温度>检查井中部温度>检查井顶部>横向排水管中心>横向排水管外侧,各测点温度均低于0℃,极易形成排水系统冻结,应考虑保温隔热等措施,选取5个监测断面中最不利测点的温度进行对比分析,结果表明:两侧洞口温差约3℃,沿纵向测点的温度随着里程的增加呈现逐渐降低的趋势,入冬时各监测点温度高于洞外气温,开春时各监测点温度值低于洞外气温。针对不同病害类型分别采取保温井盖、增设保温层、增加地下水的热量、电伴热保温隔热等措施,为类似工程防排水系统冻害的防治方案提供科学依据。 In order to solve the frost damage of the waterproof and drainage system of highway tunnels in cold area,according to the temperature monitoring data of 6 measuring points of the tunnel central drainage ditch,inspection well and transverse drainage pipe in the freezing and thawing cycle,it can be concluded that:the temperature of the central drainage ditch>the temperature of the bottom of the inspection well>the temperature of the middle part of the inspection well>the top of the inspection well>the center of the transverse drainage pipe>the outside of the transverse drainage pipe.The temperature of each measuring point is lower than 0℃,which is very easy to form the freezing of the drainage system.Thermal insulation and other measures shall be considered,and the temperature of the most unfavorable measuring points in the five monitoring sections shall be selected for comparative analysis.The results show that:the temperature difference between the entrances on both sides is about 3℃,and the temperature of the longitudinal measuring points decreases gradually with the increase of mileage.In winter,the temperature of each monitoring point is higher than that outside the tunnel,and in spring the temperature of each monitoring point is lower than that outside the tunnel.According to different disease types,measures such as providing thermal insulation well cover,adding thermal insulation layer,increasing the heat of groundwater,offering electric heat tracing and thermal insulation are taken to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control scheme of frost damage of waterproof and drainage system of similar projects.
