摘要
目的:制备一种高效的SnO_(2)空心球材料,对其组成、结构和形貌进行表征,并通过光催化探究其降解染料废水的性能。方法:采用水热法制备了碳微球,以其为模板制备了SnO_(2)空心球,通过热分析(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对材料进行了表征,并将制备的几种材料用于催化降解罗丹明B(RhB)染料。结果:制备出SnO_(2)实心球、SnO_(2)空心球以及In;改性SnO_(2)空心球。结论:本实验制备的3种材料对RhB均具有降解能力,与实心球相比,空心球对罗丹明B的降解测试表现出更好的光催化性能,而In离子的掺杂使空心球的降解效果进一步提高,4 h的降解率可达91.8%。
Aims: An efficient SnO_(2)hollow sphere material was prepared. Its composition, structure and morphology were characterized;and its performance in degrading dye wastewater was explored through photocatalysis. Methods: The carbon microspheres were prepared by the hydrothermal method and were used as the template to prepare SnO_(2)hollow spheres. The materials were characterized by thermal analysis(TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Several materials were used to catalyze the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB) dyes. Results: SnO_(2)solid spheres, SnO_(2)hollow spheres and In;modified SnO_(2)hollow spheres were prepared. Conclusions: The three materials prepared in this experiment have the ability to degrade RhB. Compared with the solid spheres, the hollow spheres showed better photocatalytic performance in the degradation test of rhodamine B. The doping of In ions further improved the degradation effect of the hollow spheres;and the degradation rate of 4 h could reach 91.8%.
