模糊信息背景下突发公共卫生事件的安全决策方法研究

Research on Safety Decision Method of Public Health Emergency under Fuzzy Information Background

[目的/意义]突发公共卫生事件所具有的复杂性与偶然性,降低了知识建模与语义发现的有效性。探究突发公共卫生事件的模糊信息建模机理,对提升安全决策的准确性具有重要的研究意义。[方法/过程]基于模糊形式概念分析理论,从多粒度属性视角研究突发公共卫生事件模糊形式背景,建立模糊概念格;通过格上作业,计算模糊概念中案例对象的综合相似度,构建基于模糊概念格的安全决策模型(FCSDM),据此进行安全决策;通过算例分析,说明FCSDM的应用流程。[结果/结论]基于FCSDM,能够从模糊计算的角度,提升突发公共卫生事件的知识建模能力;通过调整属性语义粒度,强化事故案例的致因与应急措施的语义关联,从而降低安全决策的应用风险。

[Purpose/significance]The complexity and contingency of public health emergencies reduce the effectiveness of knowledge modeling and semantic discovery.To explore the fuzzy information modeling mechanism of public health emergencies is of great significance to improve the accuracy of safety decision-making.[Method/process]Based on theory of fuzzy formal concept analysis,the paper studies the fuzzy formal context of public health emergencies from the perspective of multi-granularity attribute,and establishes fuzzy concept lattice.By working on the lattice,it calculates the comprehensive similarity of the case objects in the fuzzy concept,constructs fuzzy concept safety decision model(FCSDM),and illustrates the application flow of FCSDM through an example analysis.[Result/conclusion]The proposed method can improve the knowledge modeling ability of public health emergencies from the perspective of fuzzy computing.It can strengthen the semantic correlation between the cause of accident cases and emergency measures to reduce the application risk of safety decision by adjusting the granularity of attribute semantics.
