“健康中国”背景下公共图书馆健康信息服务创新发展路径研究

Research on Innovative Development Path of Public Library Health Information Service under Background of“Healthy China”

[目的/意义]公共图书馆作为民众健康信息服务的重要社会参与力量,应该积极作为,创新服务建设。研究旨在帮助公共图书馆了解最新阶段的建设情况,推动健康信息服务高质量建设。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法从服务内容配置、服务资源类型、合作机构三方面对32所公共图书馆官网进行调研,剖析了目前公共图书馆健康信息服务现状和存在问题。[结果/结论]研究认为,公共图书馆应该积极通过开展个性化服务,构建一体化健康信息服务平台,引进健康信息服务专业人才,开展健康信息协同服务等路径优先现有服务状况,作出相应贡献。

[Purpose/significance]As an important social participation force in public health information service,public library should act actively and innovate service construction.The research aims to help public library understand construction situation in the latest stage and promote high-quality construction of health information service.[Method/process]This paper uses network survey method to investigate official websites of 32 public libraries from three aspects of service content allocation,service resource type and cooperation agency,and analyzes current status and existing problem of health information service in public libraries at present.[Result/conclusion]The study suggests that public library should actively give priority to existing service and make corresponding contribution through paths of developing personalized service,constructing integrated health information service platform,introducing health information service professional,and carrying out health information collaborative service.
