启发互动式教学法在神经外科见习中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的与传统被动式教学方法作对比,探索启发互动式教学法在神经外科见习中的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月—2022年5月于本院临床见习的2018级临床医学精本专业100名学生作为研究对象,通过从100个数字中抽取单双号的方式入组到实验组和对照组,每组各50名。实验组采取启发互动式教学法进行教学,对照组采取传统教学方法,学习3个月,通过比较两组学生的课前考试、理论考试、临床技能考核、调查问卷的成绩的方式评估教学成果。结果实验组理论考试成绩比对照组成绩更高[(80.88±5.68)分VS(77.51±5.13)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)分;实验组的成绩优秀率(60%)显著高于对照组(34%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009);实验组见习生的临床技能考核成绩比对照组成绩更高[(81.31±5.23)VS(77.80±4.63)]分,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);实验组的成绩优秀率(68%)显著高于对照组(32%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);分析问卷调查结果显示,两组见习学生对教学内容的满意度相近,对教学方法的满意度实验组(42%)明显高于对照组(20%)(P=0.010),两组学习积极性满意度相近,但在知识运用能力方面,实验组满意度(50%)明显高于对照组(28%)(P=0.025)。结论在神经外科见习实际教学中引入启发互动式教学法,收获了比较好的效果,值得进一步推广和探索。 Objective To explore the application effect of heuristic interactive teaching method in neurosurgery probation compared with traditional passive teaching method.Methods A total of 100 students majoring in clinical psychologic medicine of grade 2018 who were participating clinical practice in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the odd or even number,with 50 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the heuristic interactive teaching method for teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method for learning,and the study period was 3 months.The teaching results were evaluated by comparing the results of pre-class examination,theory examination,clinical skills examination and questionnaire between the two groups.Results The theoretical test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[(80.88±5.68)vs.(77.51±5.13)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of examination achievement in the experimental group(60%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(34%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).The clinical skill test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(81.31±5.23)vs.(77.80±4.63)],with statistical significance(P=0.001).The excellent performance rate of the experimental group(68%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Analysis of questionnaire survey results showed that the two groups of probate students have similar satisfaction with teaching content,and in terms of the satisfaction on teaching methods,the experimental group significantly higher than the control group(P=0.010).The two groups have similar satisfaction with learning enthusiasm,but in terms of knowledge application ability,the experimental group was significantly more satisfied than the control group(P=0.025).Conclusions Enlightening interactive teaching method has been introduced into the practical teaching of neurosurgery probation,which has achieved good results and is worthy of further promotion and exploration.
