南平市啮齿动物蜱传病原体检测及复合感染研究

Study on tick-borne pathogens and the co-infections in rodents in Nanping City

摘要 目的了解南平市啮齿动物监测点中蜱传病原体的种类及复合感染情况,为蜱传疾病防制提供依据。方法用笼夜法于2015—2020年对南平市7个监测点进行捕鼠。用PCR方法对鼠标本进行伯氏疏螺旋体、巴尔通体、新埃立克体、巴贝虫和无形体相关基因片段检测。结果捕获331只鼠,病原体感染率:巴尔通体13.6%(45/331)、无形体4.2%(14/331)、新埃立克体3.9%(13/331)、巴贝虫2.4%(8/331)、伯氏疏螺旋体1.5%(5/331),复合感染率4.5%(15/331)。结论南平市啮齿动物中存在巴尔通体、无形体、新埃立克体、巴贝虫和伯氏疏螺旋体感染及复合感染,该调查可为南平市蜱媒传染病的防控提供参考。 Objective To explore the species of tick-borne pathogens and the co-infections in rodent surveillance sites in Nanping City for the disease control and prevention.Methods The rodents were captured by squirrel-cage night method in seven surveillance sites in Nanping City from 2015to 2020.Genes of Borrelia burgdorferi,Bartonella,Candidatus neoehrlichia,Babesia and Anaplasma phagocytophilum were detected by PCR method.Results Totally 331rodents were captured.The pathogen infection rates:Bartonella was 13.6%(45/331),Anaplasma phagocytophilum 4.2%(14/331),Candidatus neoehrlichia 3.9%(13/331),Babesia2.4%(8/331)and Borrelia burgdorferi 1.5%(5/331).The co-infection rate was 4.5%(15/331).Conclusion There exist infections of tick-borne pathogens,such as Bartonella,Anaplasma phagocytophilum,Candidatus neoehrlichia,Babesiaand Borrelia burgdorferi and the co-infections in rodents in Nanping City.The investigation results are of important significance for tick-borne diseases control and prevention in Nanping City in the future.
