肌内效贴治疗肩手综合征引起手部水肿的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of kinesio tape on hand edema caused by shoulder-hand syndrome

目的:探讨肌内效贴结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)引起的手部水肿的临床疗效。方法:按照随机抽样法收集2019年10月至2021年12月门诊收治的SHS患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予综合康复训练,每日1次,2周为1个疗程,共3个疗程。治疗组在对照组基础上给予患肢肌内效贴贴扎治疗,一次维持3 d,停1 d,2周为1个疗程,共3个疗程。对比两组治疗前后水肿、疼痛及关节活动度改善情况。结果:治疗组患者水肿治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的60%(18/30,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的水肿的平均评分为0.8,低于对照组的2.2。治疗组疼痛缓解的总有效率为90%(27/30),高于对照组的56.6%(17/30,P<0.05)。治疗组改善关节活动度的总有效率为83.3%(25/30),高于对照组的50%(15/30,P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴结合康复训练治疗SHS引起的手部水肿疗效显著,同时对患者肩手部疼痛及关节活动度障碍等症状亦有显著改善作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of kinesio tape combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hand edema caused by shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:According to the random sampling method,60 SHS patients treated in the outpatient clinic from October 2019 to December 2021 were collected and divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training,1 time a day,2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given kinesio tape of the affected limb for 3 days at a time,stopped for 1 day,and two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The improvement of edema,pain and joint range of motion before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of edema in the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30),which was higher than that in the control group 60%(18/30,P<0.05).The mean score of edema after treatment in the treatment group was 0.8,which was lower than 2.2 in the control group.The total effective rate of pain relief in the treatment group was 90%(27/30),which was higher than that in the control group 56.6%(17/30,P<0.05).The total effective rate of improving joint range of motion in the treatment group was 83.3%(25/30),which was higher than that in the control group 50%(15/30,P<0.05).Conclusion:Kinesio tape combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the treatment of hand edema caused by SHS.At the same time,it can also significantly improve the symptoms of shoulder and hand pain and joint mobility disorder.
