算法推荐在互联网生态圈中处于核心地位,用来帮助互联网企业进行用户决策,从简单的音乐到复杂的医疗保健。鉴于算法对人们生活各个方面的影响,对算法的认识会成为一个社会关注的问题。因此,本文需探讨的问题是:算法推荐是否会给现代社会带来新的数字鸿沟问题。针对这个问题,本文通过问卷调查分析研究对象对算法的认识。研究发现,在针对算法推荐形成认识方面,出现了较大的偏差,并通过聚类分析方法将分析样板分为6种类型群体。

Algorithmic recommendations are at the core of Internet ecosystem,where they are used to help Internet businesses make users decisions ranging from simple music to complex healthcare.Given the impact of algorithms on all aspects of people’s lives,the perception of algorithms can become a social concern.Therefore,the question that needs to be explored in this paper is whether algorithmic recommendations will bring about a new digital divide problem in modern society.To address this question,this paper analyzes the research subjects’perceptions of algorithms through a questionnaire survey.It was found that there were large deviations in forming awareness against algorithmic recommendations,and the analysis sample was divided into six types of groups by means of cluster analysis.To determine whether a new digital divide problem is brought about due to algorithmic recommendations.
