档案信息化、法制化与档案工作高质量发展关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Archives Informatization,Legalization and High-quality Development of Archival Work

[目的]为理清法制化、信息化与档案工作高质量发展间的关系。[方法]运用文本比较分析法对相关文献进行分析。[结果]发现,法治化是档案工作高质量发展的基础与保障,信息化是档案工作高质量发展的途径与方法。[结论]在新《档案法》规制下,依法开展档案信息化工作,既是档案工作高质量发展的应有之义,也是档案机构在档案工作高质量发展中的应有之责,更是档案工作者在档案工作高质量发展中的应为之事。

[Objective]To clarify the relationship between legalization,informatization and the high-quality development of archival work.[Methods]The relevant literature was analyzed by text comparative analysis.[Results]It is found that legalization is the basis and guarantee for the high-quality development of archival work,and informatization is the way and method for the high-quality development of archival work.[Conclusion]Under the regulation of the new archival law,carrying out archival informatization according to law is not only the due meaning of the high-quality development of archival work,but also the due responsibility of archival institutions in the high-quality development of archival work,but also the due thing of archivists in the high-quality development of archival work.
