摘要
配网自动化自愈成功率影响着供电可靠性,针对配网自动化自愈成功率较低的现状,进行了深入的调查研究。通过分析,找出了影响配网自动化自愈的主要症结,主要是现有的开关装置上的通信模块信号弱和配网缺陷未按时消缺两个末端因素引起的。然后对症下药,制定了切实可行的整改方案,一是异动流程对模块的升级进行闭环管理,二是同时开发了配电设备缺陷定时报警程序,缩短了配电设备缺陷的处理时间。通过此次有效整改,配网自动化自愈迈上了新的台阶,配网自动化自愈率得到大幅度提高。
The success rate of distribution automation self-healing affects the reliability of power supply. In view of the low success rate of distribution network automation self-healing, an in-depth investigation and research is carried out.Through analysis, the main crux affecting the self-healing of distribution network automation is found out. It is mainly caused by the weak signal of the communication module on the existing switchgear and the failure to eliminate the defect of the distribution network on time. Then the remedy was applied to the case and a practical rectification plan was formulated. First, carry out closed-loop management for module upgrading;Secondly, the regular alarm program of distribution equipment defects is developed at the same time, which shortens the processing time of distribution equipment defects. Through this effective rectification, the distribution network automation has stepped to a new level. The selfhealing rate of distribution network automation has been greatly improved.
