摘要
自动对位平行缝焊机是在客户需求下研制的,通过工艺过程、工作流程的分析,在机械结构、视觉系统和算法的综合考虑下设计制造。经过测试验证与实践证明,该设备满足生产需求。通过视觉对位,并自动完成焊接过程,提高了生产质量与生产效率,同时降低了企业的投入成本与操作者的要求,为企业创作更多价值。
Automatic parallel seam welding machine is developed in customer demand.Through the analysis of technological process and workflow,it is designed and manufactured under the comprehensive consideration of mechanical structure,visual system and algorithm.After testing verification and practice,it is proved that the equipment meets the production needs.Through visual alignment,automatic completion of welding process,the production quality and production efficiency are improved,while the input cost of the enterprise and the requirements of operators are reduced,which can create more value for the enterprise.
