中国新创电子器件企业区位因子研究

Location Factors of China’s New Electronic Device Enterprises

集成电路等电子器件制造业是国民经济体系中的战略性产业,其发展水平是衡量国家产业竞争力的重要标志。近年来,中国加大了对以集成电路为中心的电子器件产业发展的支持力度,兴起了电子器件的创业热潮。本研究基于微观企业数据库,分析该产业空间格局,并运用负二项回归分析方法探讨新创电子器件企业区位因子。研究发现:(1)该产业区位呈现出了一定的延续性。以原有电子器件产业为基础,长三角、珠三角地区仍维持着重要地位,吸引了大量新创电子器件企业进入。(2)该产业区位也有所变化。重庆、成都、吉安、合肥等原有电子工业基础相对薄弱的城市通过引进龙头企业,促进了新创电子器件企业空间集聚。(3)从整体来看,知识复杂性高、经济全球化水平高以及有产业政策扶持的城市,新创电子器件企业进入的概率较大。

The manufacturing of electronic devices such as integrated circuits is a pillar industry in the Chinese economic system, and its development level is an important indicator of a country’s industrial competitiveness.In recent years, China has increased its support for the development of the electronic device industry centered on integrated circuits, and the upsurge of entrepreneurship in electronic devices has been emerged. Based on the micro-enterprise database, this study analyzes the location of new electronic device enterprises and use negative binomial regression analysis method to explore the influencing factors of the location of new electronic device enterprises. The study found that:(1) The location of the industry has shown a certain continuity. With the original industrial base, the Southeast coastal cities such as Dongguan, Shenzhen and Suzhou still maintain an important position, attracting a large number of new electronic device enterprises.(2) The location of the industry has also changed.Chongqing, Chengdu, Ji’an, Hefei and other cities with relatively weak electronic industrial foundations have promoted the spatial agglomeration of new electronic device enterprises by introducing leading firms.(3) On the whole, cities with high knowledge complexity, high level of economic globalization, and strong policy support have a higher probability for attracting new electronic device enterprises.
