Whereas Xibaipo spirit and relevant studies have been extensively influential, specific academic research institutions are to be established for a sustainable development in relation to uniform organization and coordination, and construction of platforms. In addition, this paper argues for an overall planning, meticulous organization, and comprehensive measures to form a joint force for further dissemination of Xibaipo spirit, formation of theoretical framework and promotion of Xibaipo spirit in an efficient manner in the new era.
