摘要
职业教育提质培优行动计划对职业教育体系建设、制度建设、标准建设和评价方法等提出了具体要求和基本原则。高职院校构建职业教育“三全育人”新格局,培育“三全育人”典型学校,实现职业教育高质量发展,要以提质培优行动计划为契机,加强对“三全育人”工作路径的探索与创新,在组织建设、体系建设、教师队伍建设、课程建设等方面开展研究和实践,从工作体系、评价机制、教师专业水平、课程建设和教学载体等环节入手,积极探寻“三全育人”实践路径,全面推进职业教育增值赋能。
As vocational education guideline requires that a vocational college promote its comprehensive construction of moral education in three aspects of consciousness, model and quality. This paper attempts to explore over approaches to the construction of moral education in relation to organization, institution, teaching teams and curriculum. Besides, efforts are made to improve the working system, appraisals, proficiency level, curricular construction and teaching methodologies. The purpose is to boost a value-added vocational education.
