摘要
噬菌体主要用于治疗细菌性感染,将其作为抗菌药物开发具有巨大的优势及应用潜力。但噬菌体疗法受宿主谱狭窄、安全性评价体系不完善等因素影响,作为抗菌药物的研究进展缓慢。近年来,多重耐药菌的增加使人们对以噬菌体作为抗菌药物重新产生了兴趣。基因工程技术的发展给噬菌体的编辑提供了广泛的可能性,使得噬菌体可以精确检测和杀灭细菌。文章综述了噬菌体编辑技术的进展,以期为噬菌体疗法在临床上发挥更大的作用提供参考。
Phages are mainly used in the treatment of bacterial infection and have great advantages and application potential in the development of antibacterial drugs.However,phage therapy is affected by host spectrum stenosis,incomplete safety evaluation system and other factors,so the research progress as antibacterial drugs is slow.In recent years,the increase of multi-drug resistant bacteria has led to renewed interest in the use of phages as antimicrobial agents.The development of genetic engineering technology provides a wide range of possibilities for phage editing,so that phages can accurately detect and kill bacteria.This review discussed the progress of phage editing technology in order to provide a reference for phage therapy to play a greater role in clinical practice.
