IPDU在电力监控系统网络安全防护中的应用研究

随着网络及信息技术的日益发展,电力监控系统网络安全防护凸显重要,电网企业的网络安全防护主要聚焦于安全监测技术,已实施的网络安全管控措施很少。因此提出一种网络安全风险管控新手段,创新性地将IPDU装置应用到电力监控系统网络安全管理中。根据网络安全管理平台告警信息,可以确定攻击源和影响等级,利用IPDU的远程断电功能,必要时刻能够实现对攻击源的断电,从物理层面实现网络攻击阻断。采用此管控方法,具有响应快速、提升效能的优势,对提升电力监控系统的安全性具有重要意义。

With the development of network and information technology, the network security protection of power monitoring system becomes more and more important. Network security protection of power grid enterprises mainly focuses on security monitoring technology, but few network security control measures have been implemented. Therefore, a new method of network security risk control is proposed to innovatively applies IPDU device to network security management of power monitoring system. According to the warning information of network security management platform, the attack source and influence level can be determined. With the remote power-off function of IPDU, the power-off of attack source can be realized when it is necessary, and network attack can be blocked from the physical level. This control method has the advantages of quick response and efficiency improvement, and is of great significance to the safety improvement of power monitoring system.
