黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体长势与显微结构的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 为研究黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体锁状联合与其生长特性的相关性,本文以8个黄绿卷毛菇菌株为研究对象,对其菌丝体进行显微结构观察。结果表明:黄绿卷毛菇培养至17 d时,有隔菌丝体粗细均匀,分支较少,平均宽度为10.15μm,存在锁状联合,可作为黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体宽度测量的时间节点;培养时间为17-37 d时,菌丝体宽度变化范围为(6.31±1.58)-(17.03±3.61)μm.根据黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体的长势(平均日生长速率和平均干重),将8个黄绿卷毛菇菌株分为优(HNHXF7、TJ、WRQ18)、良(F18-2、F18-3)、中(DTS10、DTS13、SJC6)3个层次,且差异显著(P<0.05),其平均日生长速率分别为优(0.50±0.12)mm/d、良(0.27±0.004)mm/d、中(0.19±0.03)mm/d,平均干重分别为优(841.8±48.01)mg、良(706±50.24)mg、中(498.7±78.42)mg;对3个层次的黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体长势进行锁状联合数量统计及多基因联合分析,研究显示:黄绿卷毛菇菌丝体长势与锁状联合数量呈负相关。本研究为黄绿卷毛菇优良菌株筛选提供参考依据。 The microstructures of mycelia of 8 strains of Floccularia luteovirens are observed to study the correlation between its mycelial clamp connection and growth characteristics.The results show that the septum mycelium of Floccularia luteovirens is uniform in thickness with less branches when culturing for 17 days.The average width is 10.15μm with clamp connection.It can be used as a time node for measuring its mycelial width;the range of mycelial width is(6.31±1.58)〜(17.03±3.61)μm when culturing for 17〜37 days;on the basis of mycelial growth(average daily growth rate and average dry weight)of Floccularia luteovirens,eight strains are divided into three levels,including excellent(HNHXF7,TJ,WRQ18),good(F18-2,F18-3)and medium(DTS10,DTS13,SJC6)with significant difference(P<0.05).The average daily growth rate is excellent(0.50±0.12)mm/d,good(0.27±0.004)mm/d,medium(0.19±0.03)mm/d respectively.The average dry weight is excellent(841.8±48.01)mg,good(706±50.24)mg,medium(498.7±78.42)mg respectively.It is showed that there is a negative correlation between mycelial growth and the number of clamp connection based on the quantitative statistics and polygene association analysis of mycelial growth of Floccularia luteovirens at three levels.This study provides a reference for screening excellent strains of Floccularia luteovirens.
