不同填料吸附固定化藻菌共生体在畜禽养殖废水处理中的效果对比 被引量:1

摘要 为提升藻菌共生体系对畜禽养殖废水的脱氮除磷效果,搭建曝气管式光生物反应器,与藻菌吸附固定化技术相结合,通过投加3种不同填料和无填料的悬浮藻菌体系对比,选取在曝气条件下适合处理高氮磷浓度废水的固定化填料。实验表明,聚氨酯海绵(PF)填料吸附固定化藻菌生物量干重0.3354 g·g^(-1),辫式纤维填料0.3732 g·g^(-1),高密度聚乙烯K1填料0.0135 g·g^(-1)。填料能促进藻菌共生,增大絮体粒径。在初始COD浓度1836 mg·L^(-1),NH_(4)^(+)-N初始浓度524 mg·L^(-1),TP浓度30 mg·L^(-1)的模拟畜禽养殖废水中,采用聚氨酯海绵填料的藻菌吸附固定化系统对NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率达到99.81%、TN去除率58.37%,TP去除率71.7%;辫式纤维填料NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率85.87%、TN去除率59.10%,TP去除率70.74%;高密度聚乙烯K1填料NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率94.68%、TN去除率38.06%,TP去除率59.21%。综合污染物去除效果,在处理高氮磷浓度的养殖废水中,采用PF填料是最佳的选择。 In order to improve nutrient removal rate from livestock wastewater using algae-bacteria symbiosis system,set the tube aeration photo bioreactor and use immobilized technology,by adding the 3 different packing and without packing suspended algae-bacteria system,selecting suitable for aeration conditions suitable for treatment of high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater immobilized packing.The experiment showed that the dry weight of algal bacteria adsorbed and immobilized by polyurethane sponge filler was 0.3354 g·g^(-1),the braided fiber filler was 0.3732 g·g^(-1),and the high-density polyethylene K1 filler was 0.0135 g·g^(-1).The filler could promote algal bacteria symbiosis and increase the particle size of the flocs.In the simulated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater with initial COD concentration of 30 mg·L^(-1),initial NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration of 524 mg·L^(-1) and TP concentration of 30 mg·L^(-1),the removal rate of NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN and TP by the algae adsorption immobilized system using polyurethane sponge filler reached 99.81%,58.37%and 71.7%Braided fiber packing NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate 85.87%,TN removal rate 59.10%,TP removal rate 70.74%;The removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN and TP were 94.68%,38.06%and 59.21%.Based on the results of pollutant removal,Polyurethane foam(PF)filler is the best choice in the treatment of aquaculture wastewater with high nitrogen and phosphorus concentration.
