基于双碳目标的圩区村镇乡村振兴路径研究——以南京市高淳西部圩区为例

Study on Rural Revitalization Path of Villages and Towns in Polder Area based on Double Carbon Targets--Taking the western polder area of Gaochun in Nanjing as an example

碳中和、碳达峰是近年来我国区域空间发展的新背景、新要求,乡镇地区是国土空间中碳排放的重要区域,同时兼有生态碳汇的重要功能,圩区村镇作为典型的生态特色聚落类型具有显著的研究价值。本文选取南京市高淳区西部圩区的村镇为例,运用碳中和理念,通过区域绿色廊道建构、低碳产业培育、低碳文化彰显、低碳空间缔造四大策略,促进村镇空间的绿色化发展,为圩区的乡村振兴提供了发展思路。

Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality are the new background and new requirements of regional spatial development in China in recent years.As the crucial areas of carbon emission in the national territory and space,the villages and towns have the important function of ecological carbon sink.As a typical ecological characteristic settlement type,polder villages and towns have significant research value.Taking the villages and towns in the western polder area of Gaochun District of Nanjing as an example,this paper uses the concept of carbon neutrality to promote the green development of village and town space through the four strategies of regional green corridor construction,low-carbon industry cultivation,lowcarbon culture reveals,and low-carbon space creation,which could provide development reference for the rural revitalization in polder areas.
