乡村建设视域下的乡村治理探索——以南京市浦口区汤泉街道张二乐村为例

Exploration of Rural Governance in Context of Rural Construction--Taking Zhangerle Village at Tangquan Street of Pukou District in Nanjing City as an example

乡村振兴战略实施以来,社会各界持续关注乡村发展,并如火如荼地开展各自的尝试和行动,掀起了新一轮的乡村建设热潮。随着建设的深入推进,乡村人居环境和产业经济水平得到了显著提升,同时也给乡村的治理体系带来了较大的冲击。本文立足于乡村建设与乡村治理的协同发展,分析了当前乡村治理面临的困境以及未来的总体发展趋势,以南京市浦口区汤泉街道张二乐村为例,从“共同缔造”、“产业发展”、“空间治理”、“规则构建”四个方面探索了乡村建设中促进乡村治理提升的现实路径,为其他地区的乡村治理提供经验。

Since the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy,all sectors of society have continued to pay attention to rural development,and have carried out their own attempts and actions in full swing,setting off a new round of rural construction boom.With the deepening of construction,the rural living environment and industrial economic level have been significantly improved,while at the same time it has also brought a greater impact on the rural governance system.Based on the coordinated development of rural construction and rural governance,this paper analyzes the current difficulties faced by rural governance and the overall development trend in the future.Taking Zhangerle Village at Tangquan Street of Pukou District in Nanjing City as an example,this paper explores the practical path to promote rural governance in rural construction from the four aspects of"joint creation","industrial development","spatial governance"and"regulation construction",which could provide reference for rural governance in other regions.
