摘要
本文主要从全域土地综合整治的角度,探讨旧村在按照相关政策划定改造范围进行更新改造后,村域内剩余其他土地如何利用和整治的问题。通过分析广州市番禺区若干已批旧村项目在改造范围之外的用地基本特征,结合国内先进地区的经验,从规划编制、资金筹措、政府部门分工等方面提出旧村改造剩余用地的整治和利用建议。
This paper mainly discusses how to use and renovate the remaining land in the old village after the reconstruction scope delimited according to relevant policies from the perspective of comprehensive land renovation.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of land use of some approved old village projects in Panyu district,Guangzhou,and combining with the experience of advanced areas in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the regulation and utilization of surplus land for old village reconstruction from the aspects of planning,fund raising and division of government departments.
