摘要 乳腺癌近年来的发病率持续上升并居于女性恶性疾病首位。乳腺癌的发生、发展及预后与病理分级和免疫因子密切相关,其精准评估可以优化患者的治疗管理。磁共振扩散峰度成像和体素内不相干运动成像是弥散加权成像的延伸和扩展,也是近年来的研究热点,其在评估乳腺癌病理分级与免疫因子的表达中具有重要临床意义。本文就这两种成像技术在评估乳腺癌病理分级及免疫因子表达应用方面的作用进行综述。 In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer continues to rise and ranks the first among female malignant diseases.The occurrence,development and prognosis of breast cancer are closely related to pathological grading and immune factors,and its accurate assessment can optimize the treatment management of patients.Diffusion kurtosis imaging and incoherent motion imaging are the extension and extension of DWI,and they are also the research hotspots in recent years,which have important clinical significance in the evaluation of breast cancer pathological grade and the expression of immune factors.In this paper,the role of these two imaging techniques in the evaluation of breast cancer pathological grade and the application of immune factor expression are reviewed.
