近十年零售创新转型的研究热点与演进趋势--基于WOS和CNKI数据库的文献分析 被引量:1

Research Hot Spots and Evolution Trends of Retail Innovation and Transformation in the Last Decade:A Literature Analysis Based on WOS and CNKI Databases

摘要 以Web of Science.中国知网(CNKI)数据库有关零售创新转型的898篇文献为研究对象,通过CiteSpace软件对比近十年来国内外零售创新转型进行文献计量分析,通过关键词共现、突显率检测和特点主题分析国内外研究差异及演进趋势。研究结果表明:在研究时间分布上,国外在2012年、国内在2013年开始关注网络零售、新零售、零售渠道等方面的零售创新转型;在研究机构的分布上,国内外均主要集中在商科较为出名的大学或研究机构;在研究热点分布上,国内外的研究围绕经济社会的发展而发生变化,我国零售业的发展备受国外学者的关注;在研究趋势上,近年来国内外的研究都在关注零售业态的创新、零售业的跨界融合等研究。目前国内外对零售创新转型的数智化关注不足,未来需加强多学科交叉研究,重视基于数字经济的零售业数智化创新研究,助推理论和实践融合。 The researchers make a detailed study on 898 papers on retail innovation transformation selected from WOS(Web of Science)and CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases.They use CiteSpace software to conduct mathematical analysis on retail innovation and transformation at home and abroad in the last decade.The research differences and evolution trends at home and abroad are analyzed in terms of key word co-occurrence,salience detection and characteristic topics.The results show that:in terms of research time distribution,since 2012 foreign researchers have begun to pay attention to online retail,new retail,retail channels and other aspects of retail innovation and transformation,and that has happened in China since 2013.In terms of the distribution of researchers,they mainly come from universities or institutions well-known for business both at home and abroad.In terms of research hot spots,domestic and foreign studies have changed along with the development of economy and society.The development of China’s retail industry has attracted the attention of foreign scholars.In terms of research trend,domestic and foreign researchers in recent years have focused on the innovation of retail mode and the cross-border integration of retail industry.At present,the research is insufficient in terms of the digital intelligence of retail innovation and transformation at home and abroad.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen interdisciplinary research,attach importance to the digital intelligence innovation research of retail industry based on digital economy,and promote the integration of theory and practice.
