产教融合视域下高校科技平台运行机制探析

Analysis on the Operation Mechanism of the Scientific and TechnologicalPlatform of Colleges from the Perspective of the Integration of Industry and Education

新常态下中国大力推动发展模式改革,对我国高等教育发展提出更多新要求。在这一时代背景下,“产教融合,校企一体”成为高校内涵式发展的重要途径。受资金筹措能力不足、内部管理机制不完善、人才激励机制不健全、资源整合力度不够等因素影响,高校科技平台存在运行效率不高的现象。为此,高校应当从产教融合视角推动高校科技平台创新,完善科技平台运行机制,在校企合作中推动高校科技平台创新发展,实现企业与高校的利益共享和发展共赢。

Under the new normal,China vigorously promotes the reform of development mode,which raises many new requirements for the development of China’s higher education.In this circumstance,the integration of production and education,and that of schools and enterprises have become an important way to realize connotative development of colleges and universities.However,scientific and technological platforms in many colleges and universities operate with low efficiency,due to the insufficiency of funding,internal governance,talent incentive mechanism and resource integration.Therefore,colleges and universities should promote the innovation of scientific and technological platforms from the perspective of integration of production and education,improving its operation mechanism;and facilitate its innovation and development from the perspective of integration of schools and enterprises,thus realizing interest-sharing and common development.
