当前对商务英语语篇阅读技巧与策略的探讨呈多样化、多视角化、散论化特点,缺乏较系统的理论研究,也没有提出明确的方法论作为指导,难以解决语篇语义识解的具体操作问题。认知语境线索链模式作为一个描写、分析和解释语篇语义识解过程的理论分析工具,对商务英语新闻语篇中的隐喻、行话、政治/经济事件关联性语词等意义识解难点问题进行全新解析,从文本细读层面对语境化意义识解过程的认知机制进行可推导性研究,为读者推理语境义提供可操作性理据和具体运作机制。

At present,the study of business English text reading skills and strategies is characterized by diversification,multi perspective and scattered discussion,lacking systematic theoretical research and explicit methodology as a guide,which makes it difficult to solve the specific operational problems of textual meaning construal.As a theoretical analysis tool for describing,analyzing and explaining the process of textual meaning construal,the cognitive model of contextual clue-chain is introduced to solve from a new perspective the three categories of context-based meaning problems including metaphors,business jargons and political/economic-event-related terms in business English news texts,with an aim to conduct an inferential study of the cognitive mechanism from the close-reading level in the process of contextualized meaning construal,so as to provide operational motivations and specific operation mechanism for readers to construe contextualized meanings.
