关于取消盾构管片嵌缝和手孔封堵设计的探讨

摘要 针对盾构隧道管片顶部嵌缝和手孔封堵材料失效脱落会给运营地铁带来隐患或者维护工作量的问题,结合实际工程经验,讨论了管片嵌缝和手孔封堵的规范要求及常规做法,对管片嵌缝止水效果和造价进行了分析,论述了嵌缝和手孔封堵失效的原因。建议取消管片嵌缝和手孔封堵,提出将管片接缝单道密封垫改进为双道密封垫的方案,采用加强螺栓、螺母防腐除锈的措施,可一定程度上解决安全隐患、提高经济效益。 In view of the problem that the failure and shedding of the caulking at the top of shield tunnel segment and hand hole sealing bring hidden dangers or maintenance workload to subway operation,the standard requirements and routine practices of segment caulking and hand hole sealing were discussed,the sealing effect and cost of segment caulking were analyzed,and the causes of sealing failure of caulking and hand hole in combination with practical engineering experience were discussed.The segment caulking and hand hole sealing were recommended to cancel.The design of segment joint double sealing gasket was proposed to replace the single passage gasket,and the measures such as corrosion prevention and rust removal of bolts and nuts were adopted.The technology can solve the hidden danger and improve the economic performance,to some extent.
