摘要
文章基于南京地铁3号线三期工程110 kV高压电力管线实例,提出大直径电力管道贝雷梁原位悬吊保护技术,保障电力管线在工程施工期间正常运营。针对管道原位保护问题,利用Midas/Civil数值软件及相关力学理论,建立电力管道悬吊模型,对悬吊系统、主要构件的强度和变形进行验算,运用现场沉降监测,确保悬吊系统下管道变形量满足原位保护要求。分析结果表明,贝雷梁原位悬吊保护工艺具有较高的安全性及可靠度,相关研究可为此类地下管线就地保护施工提供参考和借鉴。
This paper based on Nanjing metro line 3(an example of the 110 kV high-voltage power pipeline of the third phase of the project),a large-diameter power pipeline bailey beam in-situ suspension protection technology to ensure the normal operation of the power pipeline during the construction period.Aiming at the issues of pipeline in-situ protection,using Midas/Civil numerical software and related mechanics theory,a power pipeline suspension model was established,the suspension system and the strength and deformation of the main components were checked,and on-site settlement monitoring was used to ensure the deformation of the lower pipelines of the suspension system meets the requirements of in-situ protection.The analysis shows that the Bailey beam in-situ suspension protection technology offers high safety and reliability,and provides some methods and suggestions worth learning for the in-situ protection of such underground pipelines.
