摘要
通过使用复合材料实现轨道车辆车体结构的轻量化,可在进一步减少CO_(2)排放、降低轨道交通运营和生命周期成本方面发挥巨大潜力。为此,德国自2019年1月起开始推行“MoWag——轨道车辆模块化车体”研发项目,以双层旅客列车车体为设计对象,利用复合材料开发轨道车辆车体结构,旨在减小车体质量、达到节能增效的效果。文章将简要介绍该项目的研究情况。
Using composites to realize the lightweight of rail vehicle body structure possesses great potential in further reducing carbon dioxide emissions,and rail transit operation life cycle costs.To achieve this goal,Germany has implemented the R&D project of"MoWag-modular rail vehicle body"since January 2019.Taking the double-layer passenger train body as the target,a rail vehicle body structure has been developed by employing composites to reduce the body mass and achieve the effect of power conservation and effi ciency increase.The study briefl y introduces the research of the project.
