武汉某复杂造型钢结构塔冠结构设计与研究 被引量:2

摘要 泛悦城T2塔楼为A级高度的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,大屋面建筑总高度为143.1m,大屋面之上为造型较为复杂的塔冠结构。塔冠高36.40m,造型顶标高为179.50m。根据建筑造型要求,塔冠结构只能沿着建筑物轮廓四周布置,塔楼中部钢筋混凝土核心筒只能升至标高151.600m处,标高151.600m以上塔冠结构无法设置有效侧向支撑与中部钢筋混凝土核心筒相连。主要介绍了塔冠结构体系以及为实现复杂建筑造型结构构件的布置及关键节点的处理办法,塔冠结构设计时相关荷载的取值方法,针对塔冠位置高、建筑造型新颖、构件连接复杂等特点进行的一系列分析与研究。研究结果表明,塔冠结构总体指标及构件验算均满足规范要求。 Panyuecheng T2 tower is a reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure with A-level height. The total building height of the large roof is 143.1 m. Above the large roof is a tower crown structure with a complex shape. The height of the tower crown is 36.40 m, and the elevation of the crown top is 179.50 m. According to the architectural modeling requirements, the tower crown structure can only be arranged along the outline of the building, the reinforced concrete corewall in the middle of the tower can only be raised to an elevation of 151.600 m, and the tower crown structure above the elevation of 151.600 m cannot be connected with the central reinforced concrete corewall with effective lateral support. The tower crown structural system, the arrangement of structural components for complex building shapes and the treatment of key nodes and the method for the value of relevant loads in the design of tower crown structures were mainly introduced. A series of analysis and research were carried out for the characteristics of high tower crown, novel architectural shape and complex component connection. The research results show that the overall index of the tower crown structure and the checking calculation of components all meet the requirements of the specification.
