摘要 作为实现智能制造的关键,工业互联网将先进制造技术与工业5G深度融合,贯穿于物料准备、生产制造、试验测试和服务等全生命周期的各个环节。面对日益增长的定制化、小批量的产线需求,以及确定性高可靠的通信要求,提出并设计了基于工业5G的柔性智造孪生控制平台,包括灵活编排、按需生产的柔性智造产线,以低时延、高可靠的工业级5G为核心的智联网络,以及实现数据采集、实时反馈的孪生控制平台,结合智能决策机制实现“感知—分析—决策—执行”的闭环演进。 As the key of intelligent manufacturing,industrial Internet deeply integrates advanced manufacturing technology with industrial 5G.It runs through all links of the whole life cycle,such as material preparation,produc-tion and manufacturing,test and service.Facing the increasing demand for customization,small batch production line and deterministic and reliable communication requirements,a industrial 5G based flexible intelligent manufacturing twin control platform was proposed and designed.Specifically,it included flexible manufacturing line with flexible arrangement and on-demand production,intelligent network with industrial 5G with low delay and high reliability as the core,the digital twin control platform of data acquisition and real-time feedback.The platform combined intelli-gent decision mechanism to realize the closed-loop evolution of perception analysis decision execution.
