摘要
研究微生物代谢相关新技术的迅猛发展,使研究者们从微生物次生代谢产物中发现了更多新的挥发性物质,这些挥发性物质在植物生长发育过程中起到多种重要作用。在众多微生物中,链霉菌产生的次生代谢产物种类最多、功能最复杂。以链霉菌为例,综述了其产生的挥发性化合物(VOCs)的类型、VOCs常用分离鉴定方法、VOCs对几种常见植物病原菌的抑制作用以及作用机制,旨为链霉菌VOCs的深入研究和产品开发提供参考。
With the rapid development of new technologies related to microbial metabolism,researchers have found more new volatile substances from microbial secondary metabolites,which play a variety of important roles in the process of plant growth and development.Among many microorganisms,Streptomyces produces the most kinds of secondary metabolites and the most complex functions.Taking Streptomyces as an example,the types of volatile compounds(VOCs)produced by Streptomyces,the common separation and identification methods of VOCs,the inhibitory effect of VOCs on several common plant pathogens and the mechanism of action were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the in-depth research and product development of VOCs of Streptomyces.
