棉花油分含量与耐盐性协同改良技术研究

摘要 为了培育高油、耐盐棉花新品种,以遗传基础丰富的远缘杂交后代作为亲本,利用复式杂交育种群体规模控制抉选模型、综合性状评估参数、油分无损检测和世代梯次交叉逆境胁迫选择技术,实现棉花高产、优质、高油分、抗逆等性状优异基因的聚合,培育出适宜不同区域种植的高油、耐盐棉花新品种4个。这些育成品种目标性状突出,种仁油分含量高达33.6%~35.0%,全生育期耐盐指数1.15%~1.27%,实现了油分含量与耐盐性的协同提高。研究结果表明,创立的棉花油分含量与耐盐性协同改良技术效果明显,为同类作物新品种选育提供了技术参考。 In order to cultivate new cotton varieties with high oil content and salt tolerance,the progenies of distant hybridization with rich genetic basis were used as parents, and the population scale control selection model, comprehensive characters evaluation parameters, oil content non-destructive detection and generation echelon cross stress selection technology of compound hybridization breeding were used to realize the polymeriza-tion of genes with high yield,high quality,high oil content,stress resistance and other characteristics of cotton,and four new cotton varieties with high oil content and salt tolerance suitable for planting in different re-gions were bred. The target characters of these varieties were outstanding,the oil content of seed kernel was 33.6%-35.0%,and the salt tolerance index in the whole growth period was 1.15%-1.27%,which realized the synergistic improvement of oil content and salt tolerance. The results showed that the synergistic improvement technology of cotton oil content and salt tolerance was effective,which provided a technical reference for the breeding of new varieties of similar crops.
