摘要
文丘里式混合器的结构对燃气发动机的性能有重要影响。以2款不同的文丘里式混合器为研究对象,首先针对其结构差异进行对比和分析;其次针对2款混合器进行计算流体力学(CFD)仿真分析;最后通过某款天然气发动机平台试验2款混合器的结构差异对发动机性能的影响。试验发现,B款混合器更加符合该发动机的设计需求。研究成果可为后续燃气发动机开发提供技术支撑。
The structure of the Venturi mixer has an important impact on the performance of the gas engine.In this paper,two different mixers are used as research objects,first of all,the structural differences are compared and analyzed,the two mixers are analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.Finally,the impact of the structural differences between the two mixers on the engine performance was verified by a natural gas engine test platform,and the test found that the B mixer was more in line with the design requirements of the engine.The study provided technical support for the subsequent gas engine development work.
