摘要
以某型6缸柴油发动机为研究对象,通过铅屏蔽测试技术进行了表面噪声源分析,识别主要噪声源,计算对应的噪声贡献量。结果表明,发动机的排气管(含隔热罩)、机体及其他零部件、缸盖罩壳和增压器等为主要的噪声源。因此,可采取针对性的降噪措施,以降低整机噪声。
Taking a six⁃cylinder diesel engine as an example,the surface noise source of the diesel engine was analyzed by lead shielding technology to identify the main noise source of the diesel engine,and the corresponding noise contribution was calculated.Results show that the exhaust pipe of the engine including heat insulation cover,the body and other parts,the cylinder head cover and turbocharger are the main noise sources.The corresponding noise reduction measures can be adopted to reduce the noise of the whole machine effectively.
