珍惜用好南水北调水 全力保障首都水安全

南水北调中线工程通水以来,围绕“安全、洁净、生态、优美、为民”水务发展目标,北京市珍惜用好南水北调水,统筹推进水资源集约节约利用,深入打好碧水攻坚战,大力开展河湖复苏行动,加快建立规范有序的河湖水事秩序,着力建设“幸福河湖”,取得了阶段性显著成效。南水北调来水大大缓解了首都水资源严重短缺形势,为首都水安全形势持续好转奠定了坚实基础,并发挥出巨大的经济社会效益和生态环境效益。

Since the operation of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,Beijing values highly and utilizes water transferred in a reasonable manner,and comprehensively promotes the intensive and economical utilization of water resources.We have strived to recover river and lake ecology,and sped up standardized and orderly river and lake related affairs,with the aim of building“happy rivers and lakes”,and providing safe,clean water,as well as beautiful ecoenvironment for the people.The water transferred from south to north has greatly alleviated the serious water shortage in Beijing.This has laid a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of water security in Beijing,and has unleashed huge economic,social and eco-environmental benefits.
