节能考核实施成效及经验启示

Implementation of energy-saving assessment and its experience and enlightenment

当前,我国进入新的发展阶段,节水既是破解复杂水问题、推进生态文明建设的关键举措,也是推动高质量发展的必然要求。文章梳理节能考核发展历程及取得的成效,借鉴节能考核体系建设等经验做法,研究提出完善节水考核的启示建议,对于贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神,深入推进实施国家节水行动具有重要意义。

At present, China has entered a new stage of development. Water-saving is a key measure to solve the complex water problems and promote ecological progress. It is also an inevitable requirement for advancing high-quality development. This paper summarizes the development processes and achievements of energy-saving assessment, and draws lessons from the experience and practices of energy-saving assessment system building. Based on this, it proposes recommendations for improving the assessment of water-saving work, which can provide references for further promoting the national water-saving actions.
