城市双修视角下老旧城区“微”更新探讨——以郑州市国棉三厂居住区为例

“Micro”Renewal of Old Urban Areas from Perspective of City Betterment and Ecological Restoration——A Case Study of the NO.3 State-owned Textile Factory Residential Area in Zhengzhou

城市双修成为治理城市病、改善人居环境、转变城市发展方式的有效手段,将城市双修理念引入到郑州市国棉三厂居住区景观的改造设计中,通过分析国棉三厂居住区的现状及存在的问题。从城市修补、生态修复两个方面对国棉三厂居住区景观提出重新梳理空间肌理、合理布局建筑空间、补充完善基础设施、植入特色文化、增加绿地游园、添加绿化建设、改善与加强生态景观、生态系统建设等“微”更新改造策略,并对其改造的现实意义进行探索。

The city betterment and ecological restoration has become an effective means to control urban diseases,improve the living environment and change the urban development mode.This paper introduced the concept of city betterment and ecological restoration into the landscape reconstruction design of the NO.3 State-owned Textile Factory residential area in Zhengzhou,put forward“micro”renewal strategies from the two aspects of city betterment and ecological restoration by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the residential area,included sorting out the spatial texture,rational layout of the architectural space,improving the infrastructure,placement of the characteristic culture,increasing the green garden,adding the green construction,and strengthening the ecological landscape and ecosystem construction,etc,and explored the practical significance of the renovation.
