城市轨道交通融合型地下空间开发策略研究——以武汉光谷中心城为例

Study on Development Strategy of Urban Rail Transit Integrated Underground Space--Taking Wuhan Optics Valley Central City as an Example

我国城市化已进入都市圈发展的新阶段,资源要素进一步向超大城市和中心城市聚集。城市发展呈现立体化和地上地下协同发展的趋势,地下空间的一体化为智慧城市的创建提供了基础条件。在阐述城市轨道交通融合性地下空间开发工程的特点、现状及发展趋势的基础上,分析了城市轨道交通车站建设和地下空间开发二者协同发展需考量的关键要素,总结了城市轨道交通融合型地下空间开发的模式。以武汉光谷中心城的实际工程为案例,介绍了对该项目中地铁车站与沿线地下空间的融合开发策略,以期为城市轨道交通融合型地下空间的协同发展提供参考。

China′s urbanization has entered a new stage of metropolitan area development,and the resource elements are further concentrating towards megacities and central cities.Urban development presents a trend of three-dimension and above-and underground coordination.The integration of underground space also provides basic conditions for the creation of smart cities.Based on the characteristics,current situation and development trend of urban rail transit integrated underground space development project,the key factors for evaluating the synergistic development of urban rail transit station construction and underground space development are analyzed.Two modes of urban rail transit integrated type underground space development are summarized.Taking the practical case of Wuhan Optics Valley Central City as an example,the integration development strategy of metro station and underground space along the line in the project is introduced,so as to provide reference for the synergistic development strategy of urban rail transit integrated underground space.
