摘要
对地铁装配叠合整体式地下车站整体及各构件在不同工况下的受力性能、结构整体抗震性能进行计算,对关键节点的力学性能、防水关键技术等进行研究,研发出一种适用于富水软土地区地铁的装配叠合整体式地下车站设计方案,并针对其重点和难题提出了有针对性和可操作性的关键技术措施。该方案在无锡至江阴城际轨道交通工程的南门站得以应用,形成了从装配方案体系设计、预制构件设计及产业化生产、施工智能化管理、设备研发应用的全流程关键技术,对于缩短施工工期、节约资源、提升劳动生产效率、促进建筑产业转型升级等具有促进作用。
Through research on stress performance,calculation of structure overall seismic performance,key joint mechanical performance,and key waterproof technology of fabricated composite monolithic metro station overall and its components under different working conditions,a design scheme of fabricated composite monolithic metro station suitable for water-rich soft soil area is developed.The key technology and measures with feasibility specially targeting the focus and difficult issues are proposed.The scheme is applied in the South Gate Station of Wuxi-Jiangyin Intercity Rail Transport engineering,full process key technology from the fabrication scheme system design,prefabricated components design and industrial production,construction of intelligent management,equipment research and development application is formed,making advancement on shortening construction period,saving resources,improving production efficiency,promoting architecture industry upgrading.
