上海城市轨道交通受电弓碳滑块脱胶故障分析

摘要 针对近年来上海城市轨道交通多次出现的受电弓碳滑块脱胶故障,采用专业仪器对不同厂家的碳滑块试块进行剪切强度检测,并对结果进行对比分析。到厂家实地调查了碳滑块的加工工艺流程,列出碳滑块在加工制造工艺上存在的问题。结果表明:受电弓碳滑块脱胶故障的主要原因为厂家制造工艺不完善及质量把控措施缺失导致碳滑块的剪切强度不符合设计标准。对碳滑块的运营使用方在管理上提出了相关建议,并提出碳滑块设计的优化方案。 Targeting the frequent degumming failure of the pantograph carbon contact strips in Shanghai urban rail transit,shear strength testing of different brands of carbon contact strips samples is tested and compared using professional instruments.Carbon contact strips production process is investigated on-site at the manufacturers,and the problems existing in the manufacturing process of carbon contact strips are listed.Results show that the main reasons for the degumming failure of the pantograph carbon contact strips are the imperfect processing technology of the manufacturer and the lack of product quality inspection,which leads to shear strength failing to meet design standards.Relevant suggestions on the management of the operation and users of carbon contact strips are put forward,as well as an optimization plan for the design of carbon contact strips.
