城市轨道交通主跨150 m连续刚构桥的关键技术 被引量:2

摘要 繁华城区内建造桥梁需要考虑施工场地限制、地面建构筑物干扰及景观协调要求等方面的因素。为此,以深圳轨道交通6号线合水口站—薯田埔站区间主跨150 m连续刚构桥为案例,通过桥梁设计方案比选,以及BIM(建筑信息建模)和关键部件仿真等技术应用,确定了大跨径连续Y型刚构桥的设计方案、关键Y型构部件的施工步骤及质量控制措施,避免了大型复杂桥梁建造时可能出现的干扰问题,保证了150 m大跨径Y型刚构桥的施工质量,降低了施工风险,提升了施工效率。 Construction of bridges in prosperous urban areas is limited by construction site,interference of ground buildings and structures,and coordination of urban landscape.Taking the 150 m large-span continuous rigid frame bridge between Heshuikou Station and Shutianpu Station of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 6 as the case,through comparative selection of bridge design scheme and technological application of BIM(building information modeling)and key component simulation,the design scheme of the large-span continuous Y-shaped rigid frame bridge,construction steps and quality control measures of key Y-shaped components are determined,so as to avoid the interference problems that might occur during the construction of large and complex bridges.It ensures the construction quality of 150 m large-span Y-shaped rigid frame bridge,reducing construction risk and improving the construction efficiency.
