摘要
利用正交试验设计9组厚板高强钢试件,编写机器人焊接示教程序,规划示教轨迹和焊枪姿态,设计焊接工艺,设置焊接参数,并对焊缝进行外观检查和射线检测。结果表明:高强钢机器人多层焊接示教编程、焊接工艺设计、焊接参数设置等均较为合理,在9组焊缝表面和内部均未发现裂纹、气孔、咬边、未焊透、未熔合等焊接缺陷,焊缝成形优良,焊缝射线检测评定结果均为Ⅰ级,可作为工程厚板焊接产品的机器人焊接典型工艺使用。
Nine groups of high-strength steel pieces of the thick plate are tested with the orthogonal test by writing a teaching program for welding robot,planning the teaching trajectory and welding torch posture,designing welding process,setting welding parameters and checking the appearance of the weld seam and inspecting them with rays.The results show that the teaching program,welding process and welding parameters are reasonable,the defects such as seams,blowholes,undercut,lack of penetration and fusion are not found on the welding surface and inside,and the evaluation result of ray detection is level I,which can be used as a typical robot welding process of engineering thick plate welding products.
