高职院校劳动教育现状与优化对策探析——以包头职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Present Situation and Optimization Countermeasures of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges

劳动教育包括了劳动价值观、劳动技能和劳动实践教育,已成为国民教育体系的重要组成部分。培养新时代高职院校学生的劳动精神,弘扬劳模精神,传承工匠精神,提倡学生进行创造性劳动,是我院开展劳动教育的宗旨和目标。针对目前存在的师资队伍不专业、课程体系不健全、学生劳动参与度低、考核评价机制不完善等问题,文章提出了几条优化对策,进而加强我院劳动教育的育人实效。

Labor education has become an important part of the national education system,which combines labor values,labor skills and labor practice education.The purpose of labor education in our college is to cultivate the labor spirit of vocational college students in the new era,promote the spirit of model workers,inherit the spirit of craftsmen,and advocate students to carry out creative labor.However,there are some problems existing in it such as unprofessional teachers,imperfect curriculum system,low student participation in labor and imperfect evaluation mechanism.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures to strengthen the educational effect of labor education in our college.
