摘要
文章从技能型创新人才的培养意义出发,对目前高等职业教育中技能型、创新型的人才培养现状进行梳理分析,最终论述了一种科学、系统的技能型创新人才的培养模式,通过教育理念的革新、管理模式创新、人才培养方案的修订、人文素养与创新精神的关注、实训资源的拓展、教学方法的改革、教学内容的丰富等,逐步提升技能型创新人才培养的成效。
From the significance of cultivating skilled and innovative talents,this paper analyzes the current situation of skilled and innovative talent training in higher vocational education,and discusses a scientific and systematic training mode to improve the effectiveness of cultivating skilled and innovative talents through innovating the education concepts and management mode,revising the talent training scheme,focusing on humanistic quality and innovative spirit,expanding the training resources,reforming the teaching methods and enriching the teaching contents.
