摘要
[目的]为了研究皮南牛生长发育状况,[方法]通过对河南新野县皮南牛某养殖场中的321头皮南牛成年母牛进行体尺性状测量,选择9个生长性状进行相关性和主成分分析。[结果]皮南牛体重与体高、体斜长、胸围、腹围、管围、十字部高、腰角宽、坐骨端宽具有极显著相关(P<0.01);从主成分的特征向量和贡献率来看,主成分一反映了皮南牛的整体外貌结构信息,第二主成分反映了尻部特征。
[Objective]In order to study the growth and development of Pinan cattle.[Method]The body size of 321 adult Pinan cattle was measured in a yellow cattle farm in Xinye cunty,Henan Province,and 9 traits of body weight and body size were selected for correlation and principal component analysis.[Results]The body weight of Pinan cattle was significantly correlated with the increase of body length,chest circumference,abdominal circumference,canal circumference,cross height and body length(P<0.01);according to the eigenvector and contribution rate of principal component,principal component 1 reflected the overall appearance structure information of Pinan cattle,and the second principal component reflected the characteristics of shiribe.
